Justice is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) with 15+ years of experience in performing audits of public and private clients spanning various and diverse sectors, ranging from asset management (including hedge and private equity), insurance (property & casualty and life), banking (retail and private), retail and consumer products, telecommunications etc. He also spent a brief stint in Nigeria performing financial accounting advisory for a number of listed companies as the country transitioned from the local financial reporting framework to International Financial Reporting Standards in 2013.

Justice graduated from the University of South Africa with a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree in 2009, followed by an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science degree in 2011. 

Justice started his career with Ernst & Young in Zimbabwe, where he completed his articles and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2014. He then moved to Ernst & Young’s Bahamas office in 2014 where he focused on various financial services clients, working with multiple global investment managers from New York, Los Angeles, Boston, London, Hong Kong, Cayman Islands. He then moved to Cayman Islands where he joined Baker Tilly in October 2024 and specializes in auditing hedge funds, private equity funds, fund of funds, digital assets and other alternative investment structures that report under US GAAP and IFRS.

Justice is also a member of CPA Canada as part of CPA Ontario.
