Jolandi earned both her Bachelor of Accounting and Honours Bachelor of Accounting degrees from the University of the Free State in South Africa. She began her career at Baker Tilly Greenwoods in Cape Town in 2019, gaining experience with a variety of operating companies, including those in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and the non-profit sector. Following this, she completed a 4-month remote secondment with a reputable audit firm in the United States.
Jolandi qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and joined Baker Tilly Cayman in 2022. Since then, she has developed expertise in auditing insurance and management companies. She possesses extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
