Collins is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA) who holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Master’s in Project Planning and Management. He has over six years of experience across global audit firms including KPMG, BDO, RSM and now Baker Tilly Cayman.
His portfolio includes captive insurance companies, CIMA regulated trust and management companies, funds as well as local operating companies, including various public sector entities. He has direct experience in IFRS Accounting Standards (IFRS), IFRS for SMEs, U.S. GAAP and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).
